PeopleSoft Supply Chain and PeopleSoft Financials

The combination of PeopleSoft Supply Chain and PeopleSoft Financials works well for logistic solutions. Sennac worked with two prominent academic hospitals to capitalize on the PeopleSoft’s applications strength in this area.

Academisch Ziekenhuis van Leuven (AZL) (Belgium)

Sennac provided development, implementation and 24/7-support for the logistical branch of AZL. Through Sennac’s guidance, AZL made effective use of PeopleSoft’s delivered functionality. By keeping modifications to a minimum, the application remained management, usable, and upgradeable. More importantly the application was extensible. The hospital Executive Board leveraged the expertise of its logistical branch to provide services for numerous other hospitals and rest homes.

Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC)

At Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC), another organisation performed the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain implementation. Sennac coached LUMC on how to more effectively use their application, and by providing 3rd party advice on the implementation, Sennac enabled LUMC to make good choices, keep their implementation partner under control, and develop procedures and internal methodology to effectively use their PeopleSoft applications. Through Sennac’s assistance, LUMC was able to quickly resolve problems, to expand/develop their usability with standard delivered PeopleSoft functionality, and to provide highly focused and well targeted queries and reports. Aon France

Through Sennac’s ‘fixed price, fixed date’ complete CRM-solution, Aon France, subsidiary of one the largest insurance brokers in the world, achieved their CRM goals. Sennac’s proven and successful step by step approach, consistently added new components and new product groups to AON’s CRM-system. Inch by inch manageable components were handled for the organisation: only after a successful implementation did the next component’s implementation start. At the conclusion of the implementation, the commercial and service employees had full visualisation capabilities for both overview and full detail of products and services, history, claims and financial positions. The success of the implementation, a success for both AON and Sennac, was owed largely to a good inventory of planning and careful cooperative calculation for each implementation step. But the results speak for themselves. AON increase the speed of turnaround considerably and dramatically improved complaint settlement.

NS International

NS International, the Netherlands Railways, relied on Sennac for a fixed-price PeopleSoft CRM implementation of both their reservations and their commercial services. The retention of existing work processes within the call centre, along with flexibility to add new services and products was of utmost importance to NS. Sennac delivered exactly as the customer ordered. Most importantly, through Sennac’s very strong background, the NS implementation was the first in Europe to get PeopleSoft’s CRM Integration Broker up and running.

HRMS
