IT Search - services? Already since 1998 we have successfully recruited staff for some of our customers. Most of the positions filled concern specialist that we also have on our pay roll.
We can offer you consultants with expertise on:
1. PeopleSoft
They can be technical, functional or project management experts.
The services we provide
You send us the profile of the specialist(s) you are looking for. We start the searching process and select the candidates from our database that match your requirement. Our database contains at present more than 100,000 resumes!
We have a first intake interview with the selected candidates to verify whether the candidate has the required specialisations, is at present available for a project, check his references and see whether his personality matches your organisation.
We then send you the candidates profiles by e-mail. When you have selected the matching candidate we set up a telephone interview between you and the candidate. If so desired this is followed by a personal intake.
A complete service, and always on the basis of ‘no cure, no pay’.
Financial settlement
You pay us a fixed percentage of the annual salary of an employee that has been offered a contract by you. If for any reason the candidate turns out not to be the correct match, the following reimbursement regulation is applicable.
At departure
- Within one (1) month after employment: 90% reimbursement;
- Within two (2) months: 60% reimbursement;
- Within three (3) months: 25% reimbursement;
- After three months: no reimbursement.
