Off Shore-developments and –support have grown rapidly over the last few years. Sennac however already anticipated on this development by opening an office in the city of Hyderabad in India many years ago.

During all those years we have supported the recruitment of experienced SAP consultants as well as the implementation of Off Shore development and –support from our own office. Our office in Hyderabad has been recently reinforced with management staff that has over five years of SAP consultancy experience acquired in Western Europe.

When is Off Shoring interesting for you?

We believe that Off Shore activities are interesting for any organisation provided that:

• The organisation is well prepared and therefore the project activities have been clearly defined;
• One only works with experienced consultants in order to secure an outstanding quality;
• The activities in India are carried out by a team of four up to eight consultants, on a fixed time project. We believe that in a smaller team too much time is lost on communication, whereas in a larger team too much is spend on management capacity. A fixed time project keeps the focus on the result;
• The project is managed and monitored from The Netherlands by an experienced SAP specialist who has substantive knowledge of what the customer expects and who can monitor and assure the quality of work is up to the required standards.

With such an approach, Sennac  can take responsibility for the complete organisation and implementation of a project on your behalf. It is also possible to do “fixed price’ projects, after we have done a preliminary analysis and the deliverables have been clearly set.
