Recruitement

Sennac Help Wanted ManIs your organisation in need of IT Search services? Since 1998 Sennac has successfully recruited staff for our customers.  Most of the positions we fill are similar to individuals we ourselves employ.

We primarily supply consultants with expertise in PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle and Siebel, and range from technical or functional experts to project management and senior management roles.

The services we provide

You send us the profiles you need. We start the search process selecting the candidates that best match your requirement. Our database currently contains more than 10,000 resumes!

We do an initial interview with the selected candidates to ensure they have the required skills and are available.  We check references and evaluate if their personality is a good fit for your organisation.

We then send you the profiles of candidates that are a good fit, giving you the opportunity to choose who you would like to pursue.  Next, we set up telephone interviews with your selected candidates.  And finally once the candidates are selected, an in-person interview is arranged.

Sennac provides a complete service . . . and always on a ‘no cure, no pay’ basis.

Financial settlement

Sennac charges a fixed percentage of the employee's annual salary.  If for any reason the candidate turns out not to be the correct match, the following reimbursement regulation is applicable.

At departure

  • Within one (1) month after employment: 90% reimbursement;

  • Within two (2) months: 60% reimbursement;

  • Within three (3) months: 25% reimbursement.
